Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for mechanical components.

• Create and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and process flow charts.

• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to the production team.

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in production engineering and work preparation.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.

• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
