Resource Group is a privately owned business which has been serving the recruitment and training needs of the Aviation and Aerospace sectors for more than 40 years.
We currently employ over 120 people across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, France and Spain, with more than 1,100 staff deployed on contracts worldwide. Additionally, the Group trains over 1,000 industry professionals each year.
Our Aviation Recruitment divisions are staffed with managers and consultants from a variety of aerospace backgrounds with skills and experience related to the operation, maintenance and production of fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.

Our EASA and UK CAA Part 147 approved training division delivers best-in-class aviation technical training. Our services include Part-66 Instructor-Led and Self-Study modules, eLearning (Technical & Flight Crew) courses, apprenticeships, practical skills training and exam services.
