Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Production Engineer with expertise in Computer-Aided Production (CAP) and Product Data Management (PDM) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and managing product data throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize production processes using CAP software.

• Manage and maintain product data using PDM systems.

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless production workflows.

• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

•  Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability.

Skills and Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in a production engineering role, with expertise in CAP and PDM.

• Proficiency in CAD software and PDM tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of industry standards and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Certification in relevant CAP/PDM software.
