Location: Switzerland
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Continuing Airworthiness Coordinator to work on a permanent basis in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet in compliance with aviation regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of continuing airworthiness management
Ensure compliance with EASA Part-M, Part-145, and other relevant regulations.
Develop and manage the aircraft maintenance program.
Monitor and analyze aircraft performance data.
Coordinate with maintenance organizations for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Manage aircraft records and documentation.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure airworthiness standards are met.
Liaise with aviation authorities and regulatory bodies.
Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team.
Implement safety and quality assurance processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuing airworthiness management.
In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations and standards.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in aircraft maintenance software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is an asset.
