Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Continuing Airworthiness Coordinator to work on a permanent basis in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet in compliance with aviation regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of continuing airworthiness management

• Ensure compliance with EASA Part-M, Part-145, and other relevant regulations.

• Develop and manage the aircraft maintenance program.

• Monitor and analyze aircraft performance data.

• Coordinate with maintenance organizations for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.

• Manage aircraft records and documentation.

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure airworthiness standards are met.

• Liaise with aviation authorities and regulatory bodies.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team.

• Implement safety and quality assurance processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuing airworthiness management.

• In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations and standards.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in aircraft maintenance software and tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is an asset.
