We are looking for an MCC Controller for one of our main clients located in Zurich, Switzerland.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor the technical status of all client’s aircraft.
Act as the primary point of contact for flight crews and the Operations Control Center (OCC) regarding technical queries during aircraft operational hours.
Provide technical assistance to Maintenance and third-party maintenance organizations.
Ensure continuous airworthiness of the fleet.
Track and analyse reported defects across the fleet to maintain operational efficiency.
Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and oversee recovery processes.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintenance practices.
Adhere to the quality system and internal procedures.

Requirements

A valid EASA Part 66 license.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in line maintenance.
Experience with Embraer E190/E195-E1 and/or E2 is an advantage.
Familiarity with AMOS software is beneficial.
Strong ability to supervise and manage technical events and AOG situations under pressure.
Willingness to work in a shift pattern with full shift duty capability.
Possession of a valid full driving license.
Ability to make critical decisions under time constraints.
Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is desirable.
