CAMO Post-Holder We are looking for a CAMO Post-Holder for one of our main clients located in Germany.

Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the CAMO Post Holder, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and overseeing the airworthiness of the fleet.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Continuing Airworthiness Management System (CAMS) in accordance with EASA Part-M.
Liaise with aviation authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Work closely with maintenance teams, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure aircraft remain airworthy and meet operational demands.
Oversee the planning and execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of maintenance activities and aircraft status.
Provide leadership and guidance to the CAMO team, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Senior-level experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO).
Proven track record as a Post-Holder in a similar role within an aviation organization.
Strong background in business aviation (experience with private jets preferred).
Ability to manage dynamic and fast-changing operational environments, adapting to last- minute changes efficiently.
Strong knowledge of EASA Part-M and related aviation regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with aviation authorities and internal stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
