​We are recruiting for an Recruitment Business Partner to service RTS internal vacancies and manage the Apprenticeship Recruitment function, sourcing apprentices for RTS clientele. This role will be based at our Kemble site.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source and secure candidates to cover all RTS internal vacancies.

• Manage and develop the RTS Recruitment team, ensuring best practice is followed and objectives are met.

• Impart and embed a ‘Recruitment Philosophy’ and best practice into the resourcing and candidate attraction operations supporting the RTS Apprenticeship Centre.

• Engage in recruitment-based activities such as attraction campaigns, CV sifting, and candidate interviews.

• Innovate and develop grassroots initiatives in the pursuit of the best apprentice candidates with specific regional focus around the UK according to client requirements.

• Support client events, round-tables, business development and sales meetings when necessary.

• Maintain and manage recruitment based suppliers and utilisation of candidate psychometric testing and screening suites and services.

• Work with the marketing department to promote Apprenticeship opportunities, events, and campaigns.

• Support and organise Open Days and other ‘meet and greet’ style events.

• Provide and implement continuous improvement opportunities across all areas of responsibility.

• Ensure recruitment processes are fit for purpose and updated as required.

• Ensure recruitment activity is tracked and recorded as required for auditory purposes.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience of working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Prior management or supervisory experience.

• Experience in a volume recruitment environment.

• Proven capability to deliver against and exceed business targets.

• Experience in the educational or aviation sectors would be an advantage.
