MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to the functions detailed below, the successful candidate will be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

HR Duties

•Manage the screening process procedures and standards.

•Proposal for implementation of client Group HR Policies

•HR Flow Charts & procedures definition as requested. - Including processes for different countries.

•HR Formularies as requested

•Support the implementation of Resource Consulting Spain Policies and Procedures.

•HR Strategies development & implementation support.

•Servicing upon the directions of the HR appointed stakeholder

•Based on client HR Director instructions instigate the company culture and values

•Staff Company Inductions as required

•HR and Joining FAQs and Useful information compilation and revision

•International payroll coordination and internal staff costing models

•Support on the creation and update of HR related contents in ARA Portal, designing a strategic recruitment model.

•Outsourcing models implementation consultation.

•Ad hoc consultancy reports creation

•Organizing assessments, coaching, career development as well as legal procedures.

•Evaluation and staff performance management upon the client systems.

•Reasonable Quality, GDPR integrations, etc... Related to the HR department

•Business Support

•Reporting to clients.

•Support the BOM to maintain account management quality standards.

•Report on agreed KPI’s to both management and staff as required.

•Coordinate with the Group and the client as required.

•Monitoring and reporting. Compliance monitoring responsible of any documentation required.

•Support on accounts invoicing processes.

•Identify possible areas of improvement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

•When required ensure the office processes are followed and improved as necessary by all office members on the development of the services.

Human Resource, Health and Safety & IT:

•Abide by and ensure that all employees under your management control adhere to the appropriate policies and procedures and seek further guidance when necessary.

Data Protection:

•Responsible for ensuring all personal information is dealt with in accordance with company processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the GDPA

•Identifying and reporting any personal information security incidents to the line manager and/or data protection compliance officer in accordance with data protection procedure

•Responsible for ensuring all assigned staff operate in accordance with the data protection procedure

Qualifications:

·         Native or fluent in Spanish

·         High level of written and spoken English – C1 Level or similar
