MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.
Resourcing duties:
•Provide administrative support within the Spanish team in pursuance of the laid down recruitment plan.
•Support the Recruitment Team in all tasks related to the recruitment process.
•Handling and re-direct incoming candidates telephone calls.
•Support the recruitment team with scheduling calls and interviews.
•Rename candidate documentation in the respective folders as per Recruitment/Client nomenclature.
•Sending of standard emails (confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails and recruitment process closure, and invitations to Assessment Days)
•Support recruitment specifically in the following
o Campaigns, job posting job and social media
- Verify all jobs are live in RCRM and in all job portals as per company policy
- Request LinkedIn social media Ads to Marketing
- Additional requests as per Job portals features
o RCRM Candidate management (ensuring that recruitment activity is tracked and recorded)
- Job creation once request is received and job removal once expired/filled
- Profile upload and assignment to job
- Update of candidate status in each job plus applicant actions
- Set candidates placed once joining has been confirmed by Account Manager or Recruitment Manager or active once project is over
o Administrative tasks
- Support with bookings Meon Valley (flights & accommodation)
- Check weekly payroll provided by account manager
•Support with weekly preparation of recruitment report
•Support with any admin task as required by the recruitment team
Screening services
•Perform reasonable tasks within the screening processes as well as support to the Recruitment and Screening department.
•Candidates support on these processes.
Data Protection:
•Responsible for ensuring all personal information is dealt with in accordance with company processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the DPA
•Identifying and reporting any personal information security incidents to the line manager and/or data protection compliance officer in accordance with data protection procedure
•Responsible for ensuring all assigned staff operate in accordance with the data protection procedure
QUALIFICATIONS:
•GCSE or higher including English Language and maths
•Native or fluent in Spanish
•High level of written and spoken English – C1 Level or similar
