Job Description: Part & Service Coordinator

Location: Switzerland

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with purchasing and selling of aircraft parts and services.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

  • Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Assist in quality assurance checks of new and existing vendors and report any issues.

  • Handle business administration tasks related to aviation procurement, marketing, outright sales, repair management, exchange, and loan transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards and practices.

  • Proficiency in business administration and procurement processes.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to perform quality assurance checks and handle vendor issues.

  • Experience in marketing and sales within the aviation sector.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
