​At Resource Group, we believe in constantly evolving and engaging with the aviation community, and there’s no better way to do this than through events. We had the incredible opportunity to exhibit at Pilot Expo 2025, showcasing our products and services while learning about the latest innovations in the industry. Pilot Expo allows pilots, aviation enthusiasts, and professionals to come together and share their experiences.

We’re excited to share with you our journey and the amazing highlights from Pilot Expo, so without further ado, here's a recap of the event:

Our incredible colleagues Robin Hepworth, Director of Flight Crew Services, Aurore Bothorel, International Account Manager, and Javier Bas, Recruitment Specialist, represented Resource Group at Pilot Expo. Throughout the event, they welcomed and engaged with everyone who visited our stand. Their expertise and enthusiasm played a key role in having meaningful conversations, answering questions, and showcasing our offerings.

Javier Bas said, “My experience at Pilot Expo has been truly fantastic. It has been an incredible opportunity to learn, expand my knowledge, and connect with amazing people from the industry. Robin Hepworth delivered a presentation on ‘Navigating a Flying Career in Today’s and Tomorrow’s World’ and discussed the following topics:

·       Key personal qualities for success in this field

·       Defining a successful outcome in this career

We gained interest from aspiring pilots as Robin discussed the benefits and challenges all pilots experience while navigating their career path. Overall, the presentation made a significant impact on the audience, receiving positive feedback and helping to expand our network. Following the session, many attendees visited our stand to connect with the team which stimulated valuable conversations.
