Training Documentation Author

We are looking for a Training Documentation Author for one of our clients based in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review comprehensive training documentation for military pilot programs.

• Liaise with the Engineering and Technical Publications Departments to verify the content of the training documentation.

• Liaise with external suppliers for the production of the documentation.

• Help to improve processes and standards, and contribute to the development of the team and its working practices.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or equivalent with a strong technical aviation background, preferably extensive military aviation experience.

• Instructor pilot background and/or experience as a technical author is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, or similar software is advantageous.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, with knowledge of German being advantageous.

• Prepared to work autonomously or as part of an international team and to travel internationally.

• Excellent communication skills and good business etiquette within an international work environment.
