We are looking for a Paint Shop Manager for one of our main clients in Europe.

Tasks:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aircraft painting projects from preparation to final inspection.
Lead a team of painters and technicians, ensuring proper training, task delegation, and performance management.
Monitor materials usage and inventory, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
Implement and enforce safety protocols, including PPE use and environmental controls.
Review and approve work orders, time sheets, and progress reports.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree in aviation maintenance, coatings technology, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in aircraft painting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of aircraft paint systems, surface preparation, masking, application, and curing processes.
Experience with VIP or custom aircraft paint projects.
English and German language is a must
