Job Title: Leader Aircraft Maintenance - Boeing

Location: Switzerland

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leader in Aircraft Maintenance for Boeing aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with EASA Part 66 B1/C certifications and be proficient in the maintenance of Boeing B737, B747, B777, and B787 models. This permanent position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership capabilities and a thorough understanding of EASA Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of aircraft maintenance technicians

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with EASA Part 66 B1/C regulations and standards

  • Coordinate and perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Boeing B737, B747, B777, and B787 aircraft

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure documentation compliance

  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance operations and resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

  • EASA Part 66 B1/C certification

  • Extensive experience with Boeing B737, B747, B777, and B787 aircraft

  • 3-5 years of aircraft maintenance experience in a leadership role

  • In-depth knowledge of EASA Regulations and standards

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
