Job Description: Helicopter Quality Manager

Location: Alpnach, Switzerland

Position Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central contact person for all quality management and safety management topics related to customer orders and projects.

• Manage and process activities related to the qualification, licensing, and authorization of employees.

• Complete and track tasks arising from safety reports, occurrence reports, and incidents.

• Prepare and implement internal and external audits, providing support to auditors during various external audits.

• Review and ensure compliance with quality management requirements and applicable processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., EASA Part 145, Part M, Part 21, etc.).

• Experience in quality management, including audits and certification processes.

• Solid knowledge of aircraft and their systems, including technical processes.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Efficient work habits with high competence in MS Office applications and QM tools.

• Fluent in German and English.
