CAMO Postholder Engineer

We are looking for a CAMO Postholder Engineer to work in a permanent position for one of our main clients in Switzerland.

​Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EASA Part-CAMO regulations and company procedures.

• Manage the continuing airworthiness of the fleet, with a focus on A320 aircraft.

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance programs, reliability monitoring, and technical records.

• Utilize AMOS software for planning, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities, MROs, and internal stakeholders to maintain safety and airworthiness standards.

• Implement and improve CAMO processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the CAMO team.

 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CAMO professional.

• Valuable experience with A320 aircraft.

• Proficiency in AMOS or similar maintenance management systems.

• Strong understanding of EASA Part-CAMO regulations.

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German is an advantage.
