We are currently looking for a Flight Technical Administrator for one of our main clients, base Malta.
Flight Technical Administrator is responsible for ensuring that flight operations run efficiently and safely by managing manuals, compliance, communication, and coordination across multiple teams. They provide essential administrative support, problem-solve disruptions, and help maintain the smooth flow of operations.

Tasks:
Assist with the day-to-day administration of the flight operations department, ensuring efficient organization and workflow.
Support the identification and documentation of potential operational hazards, assisting in risk assessment and mitigation under supervision.
Provide administrative support to supervisors, particularly with managing operational paperwork and data entry tasks.
Aid in maintaining and updating company documentation systems, tracking updates to operational documents.
Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of documentation.
Support the maintenance and control of the flight route structure system.
Facilitate communication between the flight operations department and external entities such as regulatory authorities and equipment manufacturers, handling administrative tasks.
Assist in monitoring compliance with safety standards and aviation regulations, supporting efforts to ensure adherence to national and international requirements.
Help maintain and update the company’s flight operations manuals and crew procedures.
Perform routine administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining operational records to meet regulatory standards.
Draft and circulate reports, memos, and meeting minutes as directed.
Ensure accurate input of operational data into the flight operations software systems, organizing information to facilitate reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
English as native language, Spanish is a plus.
Good computer skills. (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Basic administrative experience.
University degree.
Organization, communication and time management skills.
Dynamic work environment.
