Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) Structures & Components

We are currently looking for a Compliance Verification Engineer (Structures & Components)for a DOA in Madrid.

Requirements

• Aeronautical technical qualification.

• Professional experience in commercial aircraft base maintenance MRO centre.

• Minimum 8 years of related experience.

• Familiar with Airbus and Boeing technical documentation.

• Strong leadership skills and experience coordinating work teams in MRO ideally.

• Knowledge of CATIA and structural calculation is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of initial and continued airworthiness.

• Knowledge of DOA methodologies.

• Fluency in English.

• EU Passport / Right to work and live in Spain.

Tasks

• Direct report to the Head of DOA and Operations Director.

• Coordinate a team of 5 – 10 junior engineers receiving minor repair requests from the customer.

• Advise the team the elaboration and validation of technical reports.

• Supervise the preparation of DOA documentation to justify the approval of minor structural and component modifications.

• Review and approve as CVE the minor approvals requested by the client.
