Upon receipt of the Service Bulletin, we leveraged the technical knowledge of key internal employees who are ex-industry professionals in order to put together a personnel/cost/time proposal that was sent to the client. Using this task-specific knowledge of our specialist meant that our proposal was more accurate with regards to timescale and personnel requirements and allowed us to propose the most competitive price, meaning our proposal was accepted and we were given the green light to proceed.

Following acceptance of the proposal, our recruitment team was able to identify several known contractors within our network with existing knowledge and experience of this service bulletin.

The selected contractors were then vetted by our recruitment teams to ensure that they had the necessary currency and certifications in place. Subsequently, their profiles, complete with certification packages, were forwarded to our client’s quality department for final approval; a process that was swift thanks to the thorough checks performed by our recruitment team.

After approval, the contracting team was deployed to our client’s site, where they were met by one of our senior recruiters who acted as an onsite technical representative for the duration of the project. The team then carried out the Service Bulletin within the timescales provided in the initial proposal and incurred zero cost overruns. The successful completion of this project, the professionalism of our contractor team and the subsequent client satisfaction resulted in an additional rest to repeat this modification on a subsequent aircraft several months after the first was completed.

In addition, we were also able to offer the same team/work package to several other MRO clients who were performing the same modification.
