Nous recherchons des agents d’opérations aériennes pour l’un de nos principaux clients en France.

Tâches

Assister les équipages et organiser les services demandés (carburant, catering, presse, tractage, nettoyage)
Assurer la liaison entre les différentes équipes d’opérations et les services de piste
Accueillir et accompagner les passagers lors du départ et de l’arrivée de l’avion
Gérer les demandes d’assistance des compagnies aériennes
Émettre les factures et encaisser les paiements des prestations

Exigences

Esprit d’équipe, polyvalence, sens du détail et goût du travail bien fait
Excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais
Une expérience préalable dans le secteur aéronautique serait un atout
Capacité à rendre compte de manière claire et structurée
Ponctualité et présentation professionnelle sur le lieu de travail

Titulaire d’un permis B et disposant d’un véhicule personnel
Un casier judiciaire vierge est obligatoire

Poste temporelle
Date de début : dès que possible
Horaires de travail : roulement alterné, matin ou soir
Poste basé en France
Salaire selon expérience

We are looking for aviation operations agents for one of our main clients in France

Tasks

Assist flight crews and arrange requested services (fuel, catering, press, towing, cleaning)
Serve as the liaison between the various operations and ramp services
Welcome and accompany passengers during aircraft departure and arrival
Handle assistance requests from airlines
Issue invoices and process payments for services

Requirements

Team spirit, versatility, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work
Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
Previous experience in the aviation sector would be an advantage.
Ability to provide clear reporting
Punctuality and a professional appearance in the workplace
Possession of a category B driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
Criminal record is mandatory

Conditions

Temporary Position
Start date: As soon as possible
Working hours: Alternating shift pattern ,morning or evening
Based in France
Salary in accordance with experience
