This year marks a proud milestone as we celebrate 10 years of Resource Consulting Spain (RCS) – a decade of dedication, growth, and excellence in supporting the aviation industry across Spain and beyond.

Events

We represented the business at key industry events, including Aero Friedrichshafen, Aircraft Interiors Expo Hamburg, EBACE, the Madrid Autumn Aviation Summit, MRO Europe, Recruitment Agency Expo, and HR Expo – all of which enhanced our industry visibility and strengthened our relationships with clients, contacts, and industry peers. We also exhibited at and attended a couple of new events, which included:

Pilot Expo, Brussels

We exhibited at Pilot Expo, Brussels, for the first time in 2025, proudly representing our company and connecting with pilots, clients, and aviation professionals across the industry. Our presentation on “How to Navigate a Flying Career Today and Tomorrow,” sparked meaningful conversations – it was inspiring to see so many people driven by passion and committed to their career path.

NBAA in Las Vegas

We attended NBAA in Las Vegas to further develop our cross-border employment solution for U.S. companies.

During the show, we visited more than 100 stands, strengthened ties with current clients, and sparked new conversations with operators now exploring opportunities beyond their borders.

With follow-up meetings already underway and more calls scheduled, the momentum from NBAA is turning directly into action.

Business Wins

  • We strengthened our position as the main Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner for airlines in HR services, managing around 700 employees per month across multiple clients.
  • We successfully implemented a new CRM and explored AI automation to free up recruiters’ time, enabling them to focus on the work that adds value for clients and candidates. This approach supports human-led recruitment by boosting productivity through automation while allowing our teams to prioritise meaningful interactions and higher-value tasks.
  • Expanded our outsourcing footprint with new operations and service delivery capabilities in Italy, Germany, and Spain.
  • Enhanced employee experience and client satisfaction, achieving measurable improvements in response time, service accuracy, and engagement levels.
  • Introduced process optimisation initiatives across payroll and talent administration, leading to greater operational efficiency and scalability.

Switzerland Office Highlights

  • We significantly strengthened our Swiss footprint by expanding our presence across the full MRO landscape, highlighted by the opening of our Basel office. This consolidation and new location enhances accessibility for our Basel-based clients and enables more efficient, hands-on contractor management to support ongoing and future projects.
  • Successfully reactivated a long-term, dormant client relationship, transforming it from a client with seasonal requirements to having 30-40 workers consistently onsite throughout 2025.
  • Onboarded four new Resource Consulting AG (RCAG) and Resource GMBH billing clients.
  • Organised seven Basel-based contractor care events throughout the year, enabling us to strengthen relationships with our deployed workforce and support them directly with their payroll, contract, and admin questions.

EoR Activity Growing

  • Our Employer of Record (EoR) services continue to grow across the globe – supporting aviation companies as they develop crews and operations in new markets. This year, we’ve strengthened our presence in key regions such as, Brazil, Luxembourg, Indonesia, and Malaysia, providing seamless onboarding, compliance, and HR support.
  • A strong step forward in delivering flexible, reliable, and truly international solutions for our clients.
